Grant Application

WNC JeepFest is an annual event, focused around raising awareness of the beauty and features of Western North Carolina, along with raising funds that can be used to help local charities. The mission of our parent club, WNC Jeepers, is based around helping local non-profits. As is such, we have established a formal grant application that qualifying organizations may use to request funds to help them pursue their missions.

*Applications will be open from July 1 to August 31, annually. Grants will be awarded starting in September*

This is a formal request for a single donation from WNC Jeepers. *Organization must be based within Western North Carolina.* All recipients must be a registered 501(3)c charity, in good standing with the state of North Carolina.

These funds are allocated from our annual event, WNC JeepFest. If your organization is chosen to receive these funds, we, WNC Jeepers, will request 1-2 volunteers from your organization to help us during the next calendar year's WNC JeepFest. The time commitment of the volunteers will be for a minimum of 4 hours per day for 2 days during the event, including set-up and tear-down.
