This is your chance to be highlighted front-and-center in the 6th Annual WNC JeepFest! We’re offering three levels of sponsorship for you to choose from. Each level offers different features; pick the one that suits you!

$500 Sponsorship:

  • Includes up to 720sq ft Vendor spaces in Sponsor row..
  • Sponsorship logo on the middle back of the event shirts.
  • 2 Event shirts.
  • 3 entries into the event.
  • Space for a banner (that you provide) on the fence, to the right of the main gate.

$1,000 Sponsorship

  • 2nd Row on the back of the event shirts.
  • 5 event shirts.
  • Featured on event signage.
  • 5 entries to the event.
  • Opportunity to place banner on the fence, left of the gate.

$1,750 Sponsorship

  • Highest sponsorship tier.
  • Featured spot on the grounds.
  • Top and center on the back of the event shirts.
  • Logo, name and link on website, social media imaging.
  • 7 event shirts.
  • Featured on event signage.
  • 7 entries to the event.

Thank you for your interest in being a part of the 6th annual WNC JeepFest. We understand there are many options for shows to attend and truly appreciate your participation with us. We hope this event grows in size every year, and we look forward to its continued success through valued partners. We truly appreciate each and everyone’s support and look forward to this year’s event!!

  • Vendors will be assigned a specific space at the event as selected by Event Management based on size.
  • All personal vehicles except authorized display vehicles must parked in the designated parking area.
  • All vendors must follow the move-in instructions and directions of the Event Management.
  • Sponsorship spaces vary based on the sponsorship level. Each vendor will need to purchase the appropriate space for the display that they are bringing. It is mandatory to be there both days. Payment instructions will be provided once the Sponsor Application is approved.
  • We are specifically looking for vendors featuring products related to: Jeep, 4×4, Overlanding, Camping, Outdoor & Pets! Any vendors that do not fit what we are looking for will be declined. (MLMs not accepted.)
  • All vendors are expected to pay for their spaces promptly.
  • Overnight camping is available for vendors. There is a $35/night per enclosure cost charged by the town to the event; this cost will be passed along to the campers. All campers are expected to prepay for their camping. Ground tents and ground fires are not allowed.
  • Priority will be given to vendors that have attended our event previously.
  • The event organizers will make the final determination of the organizations in attendance.
We are looking for vendors with Jeep-related items; please be sure to specify what you have that will appeal to Jeep people.

Overnight camping is available for vendors. There is a $35/night per enclosure cost charged by the town to the event; this cost will be passed along to the campers. All campers are expected to prepay for their camping. Ground tents and ground fires are not allowed.

After we receive the application, we will process it accordingly. The event organizers will make the final determination of the sponsors in attendance. No refunds will be given to sponsors after April 30.
