Vendor & Sponsorship Application

Thank you for your interest in being a part of the 7th annual WNC JeepFest. We truly appreciate each and everyone’s support and look forward to this year’s event!!

  • Vendors will be assigned a specific space at the event as selected by Event Management based on size.
  • Gate time of the event is Friday 10a-7p and Saturday 9a-5p.
  • All personal vehicles except authorized display vehicles must parked in the designated parking area.
  • All vendors must follow the move-in instructions and directions of the Event Management.
  • FOOD & DRINKS: There will be food and drink vendors at the event. Food vendor applications will not be accepted closer than 30 days before the event.
  • Each vendor spot will measure 12’x12′. If more space is needed, please purchase the appropriate amount of spaces. Each vendor will need to purchase the appropriate space for the display that they are bringing. Vendor space includes an 'alley' behind each booth for trailer parking. Each spot is $125 and it is mandatory to be there both days. Payment instructions will be provided once the Vendor Application is approved. 
  • We are specifically looking for vendors featuring products related to: Jeep, 4×4, Overlanding, Camping, Outdoor & Pets! Any vendors that do not fit what we are looking for will be declined. (MLMs not accepted.)
  • All vendors are expected to pay for their spaces promptly.
  • Overnight camping is available for vendors. There is a $35/night per enclosure cost charged by the town to the event; this cost will be passed along to the campers. All campers are expected to prepay for their camping. Ground tents and ground fires are not allowed. There will be limited electrical hookup; no water or sewer hookups are available.
  • Our Non-Profit rate of $0 is still applicable. We understand that smaller organizations aren't necessarily able to put on their own events, but they are welcome to piggyback with ours. You will be expected to staff your space for both Event days.
  • The event organizers will make the final determination of the organizations in attendance.

$500 Sponsorship:
  • Includes up to 720sq ft in Sponsor row.
  • Sponsorship logo on the middle back of the event shirts.
  • 2 Event shirts.
  • 3 entries into the event.
  • Space for a banner (that you provide) on the fence, to the right of the main gate.
$1,000 Sponsorship
  • Includes up to 1,600 sq ft in Sponsor row
  • 2nd Row on the back of the event shirts.
  • 5 event shirts.
  • Featured on event signage.
  • 5 entries to the event.
  • Opportunity to place banner on the fence, left of the gate.
$1,750 Title Sponsorship (Only 1 Available)
  • Highest sponsorship tier.
  • Featured spot on the grounds.
  • Top and center on the back of the event shirts.
  • Logo, name and link on website, social media imaging.
  • 7 event shirts.
  • Featured on event signage.
  • 7 entries to the event.
  • Banner space on the gate.

This year we have combined the Vendor and Sponsorship applications. Please fill out the form according to your interest.

We are looking for vendors with Jeep-related items; please be sure to specify what you have that will appeal to Jeep people. If we have approved an amount of vendors selling the same or similar products as you, we will decline your application. We also provide a reasonable amount of exclusivity to our food vendors. Priority will be given to vendors that have attended our event previously.
Knowing that our standard vendor spaces measure 12'x12', please describe your setup (tent, trailer, etc). NOTE: If your Jeep is part of your display, you will need to purchase space for it.
Electricity is included in your fee.
